The customer service standard provided by Chestertons Mayfair far exceeded the service levels of other estate agencies in London. In specific, the agent who supported me, Victor Vuillier, helped me find and arrange viewings for flats listed with Chestertons and other agencies. It's a great agency and Victor is extremely helpful in helping us to find a comfortable flat. He explained every detail and answered our questions quickly. He also followed up our comments after moving into the new apartment.

They keep sending me spam mail even though I've never even subscribed to them and then they expect me to visit their shop to take me off some mailing list that I never even subscribed for. STOP SENDING PEOPLE SPAM MAIL. I strongly suggest not giving them any of your information.
Chestertons agents were extremely helpful throughout the sales process. A big contrast compared with their competitors. Sebastian the manager is wonderful. Their customer service is probably the reason I ended up buying through them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to new and novice buyers.
