The customer service standard provided by Chestertons Mayfair far exceeded the service levels of other estate agencies in London. They keep sending me spam mail even though I've never even subscribed to them and then they expect me to visit their shop to take me off some mailing list that I never even subscribed for. STOP SENDING PEOPLE SPAM MAIL. I strongly suggest not giving them any of your information.
Chestertons agents were extremely helpful throughout the sales process. A big contrast compared with their competitors. Sebastian the manager is wonderful. Their customer service is probably the reason I ended up buying through them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to new and novice buyers.
