I visited the London Shambhala Centre regularly the 2 years I lived in London, and really appreciated the care put in to the centre and the warmth from the other members. It's a special place, I recommend it to anyone new to meditation and equally to longtime practitioners.

This meditation centre is a gem! Anyone who wants to undestand the nature of their mind - this is for you! An inspiring place, welcoming and friendly, they run many courses, either on consecutive weeks or at weekends. Check it out

Friendly centre offering 'learn to meditate' courses, Monday and Wednesday evening group sittings, and a wide range of other evening / weekend courses, in a warm and supportive atmosphere
