The staff are very welcoming and friendly here. Conveniently located near to Vauxhall underground and with Santander cycle bays close by. My deep tissue massage courtesy of Adam was the best I have experienced and he was especially effective in working out some tightness in the lower back, which has improved mobility. I've felt really invigorated since!
Sylwia the physiotherapist used measuring tools to assess my form accurately. I had a program to follow at the gym and I feel great again
I originally started to come to Embody Wellness for massages. I get Sweet Dreams massage from Ricardina often and she is amazing. I feel very relaxedboth physically and mentally after a massage session with her. A must try! This year I have started to come for yoga & pilates classes and the experience has been great! As for someone who hasn't done yoga & pilates for several years, smaller class sizes at Embody Wellness has been perfect to feel comfortable. There are various classes offered at different times with a number of teachers, and the introductory class package has been really useful in figuring out what's best suited for myself. All the teachers have been friendly and kind, and made me feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend!
One of the loveliest, warmest and most relaxing studios I have been to; very friendly atmosphere and quality classes/treatments. Susie Lovelock's classes are an absolute dream - I highly recommend her!
Allie’s yoga classes are the best classes I have attended in my many years of yoga. I have progressed very fast thanks to her attention to each student and pointers.
Had a wonderful deep tissue massage here with Ruby. The experience was relaxing but also very effective at working out some really sore muscles I had in my neck/upper back. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!
Really lovely. Had my first ever massage here and will so be going back. She seemed to know exactly what i needed and now also thinking of treating the husband to one. I would say, if you are pondering booking. Just go for it. Or do what i did and pop in for advice, they were super helpful and i feel so much better for it.
Great atmosphere, the studio is clean, calming and ideal for mind and body therapy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This was my first experience with YOGA and Pilates. The experience I have had so far makes me love these disciplines of well-being.
I had the deep cleansing facial and it was wonderful. Ricardina was so knowledgeable and lovely. She gave me so many recommendations for affordable products to use. It was a real education. My skin felt amazing afterwards and the crystal microdermabrasion was so much better than I have had before. Will definitely be back and I have recommended to my friends.
Been going to Yoga and Pilates classes here for a couple of years. Love the convenient location, accessable morning classes, variation in styles of different teachers, warm welcome and easy way I can just turn up and relax into a session. Highly recommend.
