From time to time I am visiting Athens for vacation and business. I discovered this fantastic hot yoga place of Niko and I like it very much. The studio is so beautiful and has a very good standard, also showers and everything is great. But the best of all is Niko as teacher. It is obvious he has a lot of experience and motivates his students.
I'm so glad I found Hit Yoga by Niko Geo. I decided to stay nearby the studio on my most recent trip to Athens, so it would be easier to get to classes, and I'm so glad I did. Niko is a great yoga teacher in the first place, and, and he also helped me in English when I didn't understand all the Greek words. He and his staff were all friendly and helpful, and the studio has a great vibe. This is the best hot yoga studio in Athens - I highly recommend, and I will be back!
Wonderful, fun filled, hard working classes. The teaching here is top class. The space is perfect for deep, mindful yoga practice and the classes themselves offer the opportunity to develop through a varied programme. Niko and his team are so welcoming and fun. A must for regulars and those passing through Athens.
Great place ! We popped up for a class and they were able to accommodate us. The space is super nice and well prepare. The teacher was great and spoke perfect English. Perfect place to take a yoga lesson when you're visiting Athens.
I practiced with Nikos in the athens yoga festival and was really amazed by his technique and knowledge of yoga tradition. Great teacher!
WOW! I was in Athens for work/vacay and stumbled across this studio. They were hosting Patrick Beach. It is an amazing space in a very nice neighborhood. Everybody was super friendly and it has a real community feel about it! I went several times over 2 weeks and tried lots of classes! The space is Super Lux but at very reasonable prices and the 2 teachers I did class with were fantastic. Although in Greek they both took time to talk to me in English. The vibe was super professional but very welcoming at the same time! A special shout out to the reception staff who also helped me with restaurant tips and a local dentist! Please open in LA - Huntington Beach area :-

I had the pleasure to join a workshop with Niko in Vienna and I would recommend any Yogi/Yogini to join Niko's classes to enjoy his positive energy and his amazing teaching. Go for it!
The best way to relax your body and mind after a hard day at work. I recommend you to visit both their hot and non- hot classes, as all instructors are highly knowledgeable and pay special attention to every single student.
