Enrico has been amazing for my health and fitness. Understanding, flexible and very motivating to keep me fit. I tried other personal trainers in the past but Enrico is the one I decided to stick to, because he's great and passionate about his job.
I trained with Enrico in San Francisco, He is the best personal trainer i had. Funny, knowledgeable and smart. He knows how to push my body out of comfort zone. I achieved great physical results working out with him. Hope you have good time in UK. Come back to the US, and let's kick more ass!

I train with Rj to lose weight and rebuild my body, and let me tell you, he's an awesome trainer! Never had such an experienced and reliable person in any other sport I played! He can truly motivate me and I enjoy each and every lesson! Highly recommended!
RJ is an amazing trainer, very knowledgeable and motivating. He helped me get in shape through a targeted work-out combined with careful monitoring and a healthy diet. He is also very personable, creative and fun to work with. Can't recommend him enough!
