Was a little apprehensive about joining a gym, but so glad I found Livia Club. The machines are fantastic to use and really easy. The gym is beautiful and spotless and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They have given me enormous help with my eating plan too! Best thing I did!

I've been a member since just after Livia Club opened - the longest I've ever continually gone to a gym. It's small and friendly, always very clean with great facilities. With your own personal programme on a Smart card, it couldn't be easier to train.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgable staff, I would thoroughly recommend Livia to any lady. Brilliant Scandinavian health club, one of a kind!
