Absolutely disgusting swimming pool.  So dirty.  The scum around the pool edge was about about 2ft deep.  It was so busy the lifeguards couldn't watch everything that was going on and 2 teenagers jumped into the lazy river area missing my 7 year old by about 1cm.  Nothing said to them, no-one even noticed what they were doing!  My son, who is a strong swimmer for his age got completely taken out going down the rapids (which he has gone down many times at other pools), hit his head and got pulled under the water and again the lifeguards didn't even notice what was going on or try to help him.  Thank God I managed to get to him to get his head above water.  It's so cold in there, waiting to get on a slide was unbearable.  And although they do have a proper swimming pool £25.50 for 4 people doesn't get you access to be able to swim, only able to play in a pool that is impossible to swim in!!!  Don't go!  It's awful

Absolutely disgusting! Travelled 50 minutes here after looking for a “water park” within reasonable travelling distance of Bury St Edmunds. 

I could get over the dates facilities, most of which weren’t even switched on, but what I can’t get over is the condition of the swimming pool. The bottom and sides were visibly dirty, with a dirty scum line, and felt slimy to the touch. It honestly repulsed me.

At my daughters behest we ventured up to the flume, which was also slimy under backside and covered in mould. The water in all of the pools, including the toddler pool, was unacceptably cold. 

Completely underwhelming in terms of the facilities, and so disgustingly filthy I am shocked that environmental health hasn’t shut them down! Wouldn’t go again, even if they paid me. 

Clean up your act! You’re downright unsanitary!

Really fun swimming pool with some great slides one that’s outside also, water was not to chilly and was fairly clean, price was ok also. Defo hours of fun for all!!

Excellent events in the hall. Did boxing here and enjoyed it very much. Lovely that it is very close to Aqua Springs.

Well unimpressed. Was half term and busy as expected, in fact I saw computer read “at capacity call supervisor” yet still allowed heaps of people to come through. 

My main gripe was the fact me and my 4 year old daughter paid to go swimming yet when we went into main pool with inflatables we were told we can’t as we didn’t pay the extra charge. There was no mention of this when at reception and website timetables quotes all activities but doesn’t mention that extra fees apply.

Once your in the pool it’s impossible to go back out and upgrade. 

Well worth bearing this in mind when paying as the only area you are allowed in was overfull with my daughter being constantly and in fairness accidentally kicked and splashed etc, yet the inflatable section only had two people in so it’s all very misleading and wrong. I did mention this and my daughters disappointment to a couple of staff but they really didn’t care.
