A serious and refreshing independent gym as it should be with helpful staff who know their stuff with years of experience unlike the girly gym chains, you know who they are. Thank God there are still one or two places like these left. Long may this gym last.

Best gym in Colchester, Hammer strength equipment, friendly staff, reasonably priced too. Have been training here for 5 months and never looked back! Best gym in Colchester by a mile!

Perfect gym to get bigger and better good people training there with good staff, alot of good machines you can't find in other gyms, also there is no time wasters in house of gain I am very glad to training there

Not really much more you could want from a gym. Staff are great, equipment is superb, the gym is always clean and most importantly the atmosphere is great!
