Good to start with but classes very cliquey, felt very pressured to get measured and weighed even when I didn't want to. Very small car park, no good when it's busy. Very pricey. On plus side, friendly instructors mostly.

Such a wonderful place with amazing people running it. I really recommend it to any lady who may have tried other gyms and not got on with them, or who may never have been to a gym in their lives, but feel the need to become fitter or healthier. There are no mirrors and no men and it's VIP treatment! Plus only a 30 minute workout. BRILLIANT!!!!
