The carpet is filthy and the ceiling brown with years of grease. The chairs are shabby. Vegetarian cottage pie and garlic bread is covered in butter animal fat so isn't vegetarian. The waiter had body odour. Overall a poor customer experience. These are simple problems for the owners to correct, so why don't they?
Positive points - Convenient stop just off the A1 with ample seating. Family changing area available as well as grass for the dog to stretch his legs a relieve himself. Negative points - interior of restaurant was very tired and dated, food was average and milkshake was watery
Had breakfast this sat morning and have never been so discusted it cost me and my daughter£17 including tea and Pepsi. The egg was rubber, the black pudding was just a crisp, the mushrooms were shrivelled and they gave us fritters which with no potato in them.Also it was not warm. This was a total disgrace !!!!!!!!!!!!
Disgusting ! I ordered chicken masala the chicken was cold and not cooked on inside. I then went to complain, decided to have desert as it would be the safest option and they told me I was last orders ! Why allow me to order if they had not the time to allow me to enjoy a full meal. Never again will I set a foot inside this place, the staff are very inexperienced and young boys cooking meals more intrested in texting on his phone than making sure the chicken was cooked.
A bit of breakfast just about bearable but outside the whole area had rubbish strewn all around. Toilets virtually unusable with paper all over the single cubicle floor. Restaurant itself looks like it hasn't been updated for decades. Whoever manages/runs the complex needs to get a grip. I used to like Little Chef...
Really nice place in the middle of nothing. The staff was very friendly and polite, the food delicious. The full English breakfast si seemed fresh and was really tasty. Really suggested.
They do a very nice club sandwich! Great to pop in for lunch.
Never again all went into the bin never again.
