Why does a health centre take a lunch break and the nurse works part time. Not acceptable

I feel the new system of going down before 10am is much better than constantly phoning for half an hour and find there are no appointments left,also doctors ,nurses and reception are all excellent

Nobody answers the phone. And staff say phone back in morning when you go in. It's actually so bad.
