Receptionists always so friendly and helpful, seen a few of the doctors and the nurse - they have all been brilliant, very busy practice but seems well managed.

I very rarely go to the doctor therefore when I do it is because I've exhausted other avenues and accept that I actually do require medical intervention.
My experience with the doctors at this surgery has been positive.
I, however had a dreadful experience with the reception staff today. I genuinely got my appointment time wrong by 10 minutes. The receptionist spoke down to me as though I was a criminal. Told me to take a seat. It would seem that the office manager decides if the doctor will 'see you'. Utterly disgusting. This person has no idea why I am there or whether the doctor can fit me in! I was the only patient there waiting to see my specified doctor. 
Dreadful experience !
