My doctor hyslop and nurse adel for 30 plus years says it all brilliant Graeme
Reception staff at Kilburn practice have the worst attitudes and seriously nerd training on customer contact. Shocking way they speak to people on phone I've heard them whilst sitting waiting and I've been on the receiving end. So many people looking for jobs, get rid of these so called receptionists and bring in friendly people who actually want to help the public
Best doctors I've ever had. Been with them 25yrs and can't fault service or care I have received over the years.
Extremely rude reception staff who are triaging the appointments and deciding wether or not you get to see or speak to a doctor, someone with no clinical skills! Go elsewhere!!! deserves no stars.
