Super food showcasing a good menu that delivered great flavours and a solid understanding of using flavour, colour and texture to deliver a good experience. Our red wine was really special, initially seeming dull but developing complex flavours with time and food! Well recommended by our waiter.

visited the Library last Saturday with my family. The starters were all very unpleasant . When the main courses arrived they looked and tasted disgusting all the meals were overcooked and tasted file. The "head chef" was arguing with a waitress and was slamming food down on the counter altogether a most unpleasant experience. Sad to have this experience in a individual restaurant in Norwich I think we will stick to the Farmyard which is fantastic and the lunchtime set menu is excellent value and GREAT LOCAL FOOD!!!!!!

A filling but unfortunately average meal. The service was lacking any form of character, with no-one checking in on us and it taking quite a while to get our order through and also get our food. The food was well tasting, but we stuck with the basic meals of burgers. They filled us up well, but in contrast to our starter they were the opposite. We chose the bruschetta starter which was incredibly basic and bland, not much of it, we were just as hungry when we finished the starter and with the wait for our mains, it was only worsened. For a restaurant labelling itself to be pre-theatre food, the service was in no way quick enough for this. Consider going to try it out, but don't have brilliant hopes of a great, well-made meal.
