Have been here a few times and not had a bad experience yet.
The food is always cooked to perfection and full of flavours, not that I can taste all of them, the only criticism I guess you could say is that if you aren't one for hot/tangy food then you would perhaps say its spicy even when it doesn't mention being so. That being said the food is based on Jamaican Street food so it is going to have some flavour.
Loving the happy hour which is on for a lot longer than the hour in the suggestion, not all the cocktails we have tried have been to taste but most are good. I would recommend trying some of the "local" drinks to better the experience as they too are flavoursome.
Top restaurant would highly recommend trying it out if you fancy something tasty and different from the usual.

I attended this fine establishment in mid April, during the hot spell of course, in an attempt to feel as Caribbean as possible. As you walk in you're met by a theme that screams pirates of the Caribbean. Bright colours, Jamaican rum and high quality staff in bright blue aprons. Although this was quite a confusion as the chain of command wasn’t clear, however I can over this hurdle and moved on to the next stage of my adventure.  

I made my way to a table where I was greeted by my personal waiter for that fine afternoon. He made me comfortable, tucked me in and gave me a quality amount of time to decide what beverage I wanted in order to quench my thirst, I don’t know if I mentioned, but humidity levels that day were high. 

Then came the moment, I heard a slightly nervous voice in a slight high pinched tone say “what would you like to drink?” It was at this time I turned to greet the generous staff members where I was met by a young, handsome chap. I then slowly moved my eyes down to a something that was being brightened by the light of the sun, a name badge. I adjusted my eyesight to try and establish the name where I eventually saw it. Delicious food. The one lots are amazing, and there is something for everyone. Unfortunately they don't sell any nice larger though, but I guess that's authentic Caribbean. Only complaint is that the service staff were a little over attentive but still managed to take a while for drinks to come in warm glasses.

A nice pre-drink bar to move onto another place. Staff were very polite and had a good camaraderie between each other. Drinks were very nice and quite reasonable. This is a chain restaurant/bar so not much unique about the experience between the others around the country, but despite that I still had an enjoyable time here.

One of my favourite places to eat in Norwich! Staff are the friendliest and very accommodating! And the food is fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend!!
