I don't normally post on social media but I have made an exception as I believe some of the negative posts are fictitious. My husband and I rent a lovely house from Birches Properties and if we had read the reviews in advance of our meeting I would have cancelled it. However, I am glad to say that we didn't look on Google reviews beforehand. During our meeting we were made extremely welcome and the whole process was explained thoroughly, the agent took our expectations into consideration and after reviewing the properties in our price bracket we settled with a beautiful little home, at no point were we pressurised into the let and we were kept informed from start to finish. Please ignore the negative reviews, make your own mind up and give this company a chance.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the owner of Birches Property Group by the lack of professionalism of Mr. O. Kaminski with regards to a property transaction we had agreed on. He has failed to respond to any letters, emails or phone-calls made and sort the matter out so I am unable to recommend them. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This company lied to me and my friends, took £250 of our money and left us homeless with only a "please accept my apologies". Never ever rent property through these liars.
Can't fault this company they are working really hard for me. Very professional, always approachable with queries & never had problems with my tenants since working with them. I can highly recommend their service.

Stay well clear of these, especially off Spare Room. Do not give them your contact details as they will pass them on to third parties without permission. Fake ads to get your contact details. I have reported them.
I found Birches Property Lettings to be very helpful, I am so happy in my rented home, they are very professional people.
Had a service from the letting team would recommend this company anytime. Thank you guys for all your help.
Liars. Do not trust this company with your money.
