Ruth has been amazing ever since I initially contacted with my requirements of a rental property. Viewing arranged with Ruth, shown round by a lovely mature gentleman and went in to the office this morning to start the application. A lovely young girl helped us. She made us feel totally at ease and welcome when we arrived and explained everything thoroughly. Previously spoken to Rob a few times and he too is an absolute gent! All in all the team here are fantastic. Can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s so important to have a letting agents you can trust and Reeds Rains Chorley have made me feel important and totally at ease from the get go. Thanks so much to all of you. Cris x

During my recent purchase I found staff to be genuinely supportive. I received a great level of service which was personal to my needs. They were extremely helpful, kept me informed every step of the way and always happy to answer any questions. Outstanding service and would highly recommend.

Our dealings have all been in connection with rental of residential property rather than buying/selling. We have found Reeds to be very professional in everything they do: replies to incoming telephone calls are always prompt and dealt with efficiently (and no annoying music). Same goes for email messages. Staff have always turned up on time and looked smart and are knowledgeable but still friendly and patient with questions. Full marks to all the staff in the office who may not be in the front line, but are needed to make things happen. All in all, Reeds know what they are doing and put you at ease. The downside is that their service charges are generally higher than others in the same business, but maybe that's the price of an efficient service: we think that Roy, Rob, Nikki head up a great team.

Recently purchased my 1st home which was marketed by Reeds Rains Chorley. Darren was great with helping to source our mortgage and to keep things moving. Roy became more involved later on and kept us well informed as the purchase progressed. 10/10 thanks very much.

Rob is an actual hero. I had an issue with our front door today (it wasn't letting me in!) and Rob worked tirelessly to sort the issue out. He was professional and efficient, couldn't really ask for more! Thank you very mich
