Great service from these guys. Photos looked great. Had a plethora of viewers very quickly and got a great price I was more than happy to accept after the first day. The process after that was very difficult and stressful due to my mortgage lender's requirements, but Tammy, Leanne and the others in the team were very helpful in keeping things moving; and doing all they could to orchestrate a successful sale and purchase, which they were in the end. Thanks guys. Will definitely use you again and very much recommend this service to anyone else thinking of selling their property.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish throughout our house sale. Photos where great, put on line quickly. We had viewings straight away, and an offer came within a few weeks. Tammy was exceptional, she kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We’d definitely not hesitate to use again. I would opt for the agents to show round viewers next time *****
Ben Rose offer a fantastic customer orientated service from start to finish. They have superb expertise in every area, they took the strain out of selling this my second property sold through them with ease, giving the best advice from start to finish and made the process a much easier journey from my past memories of selling a property. I must highly recommend all the staff, it would be unfair of me to select a few members to praise but Tammy & Simon were wonderful right throughout the process as was everyone else at Ben Rose. I will certainly use them again. I can only highly recommend all future buyers and sellers to utilise their services.
All the staff at Ben Rose have been extremely helpful from beginning to end with our recent house move. The photography in particular is outstanding and the little extras such as video walkthrough really made a difference! We sold within a month despite a difficult period over Christmas, and the agents always kept us updated with any progress. We would highly recommend Ben Rose Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Ben Rose are incredible estate agents! We have both sold with them in 2021 and recently bought through them. During our sale process, they were realistic and honest with us resulting in us getting a fair market price. Our main reason for choosing them to sell our home was the standard of photography and their reputation in the Chorley area. We cannot fault their communication as this has been excellent throughout and have always been on hand to answer any questions when necessary! We've just bought our first home through Ben Rose and can't thank them enough!
