My parents in law have just sold through this office and because they work I away, I dealt with everything for them . I have to say I was so impressed by the service that I am leaving a review! Thank you so much to you all as you really went above and beyond to get a sale and kept us informed at every milestone! I have dealt with a few estate agents in the past and I have to say you guys really stand out from the rest!! I felt that you were working for us and your communication was spot on ( something that is rare in my past experiences ) so thank you especially to Louise and Emma you are a credit to your company!!

Not a very positive response to providing the service they offer, Enquired about 2 properties and after looking into one of the properties in a little more detail found the description to be misleading  as it did not state that the house was on the main road but inferred that it was in a pleasant cul de sac and when I brought this to the attention of the agent she said take it up with the council as it was their responsibility, I duly cancelled the viewing as this was not what I was looking for and would not have booked to view if it had said this in the description, The second property was still booked but was informed that Bridgfords  would telephone me with the time of the viewing , waited and waited but no phone call , I telephoned Bridgfords and they said there must have been some confusion and the tenant  hadn't got in touch with them but they should have kept me informed if they if they valued my custom and would have found this to be professional being that they are trying to let properties.

Very professional & helpful staff. Talked me through each stage of the buying process & were always there to resolve any queries I had. Always kept me updated. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a helpful, pleasant & courteous service.

I have used Bridgfords Chorley twice now for their tenant finding service. They have been brilliant on both occasions. Katie and Lyndsy are extremely proactive, friendly, helpful and professional. They found me great tenants and the whole experience was stress free. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
