I want to say thank you to Bethany and the team at Red Rose. I was asked by a friend a while ago if I could recommend a good local letting and selling agent as their flat had just come empty and they wanted some advice on whether to sell or to find a new tenant. I didn’t hesitate to recommend Red Rose as I use them myself and have only had positive experiences. Within days of being contacted, Bethany had arranged to meet the flat owner and view the flat. She gave them expert advice on the local market conditions and they quickly decided to sell the flat on. Again Bethany was quick to act on their instruction and soon had the flat on the market. The sales team were fabulous and the flat sold quickly and for its full asking price. A scenario that mirrored my own experiences when they sold my flat for me. My friend’s sale has progressed nicely and my friend messaged me saying ”I wanted to thank you for recommending Red Rose Estates Agents…. They have been great”. You are great, Bethany and team. As my letting agent you’ve been a perfect blend of proactive and sensitive to my needs as a landlord, and throughout the sales process for my flat your communications and proactive actions have been invaluable through an otherwise-quite-stressful process! I will continue to recommend you with confidence to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in the Preston area.
I've been a tenant with Redrose for over 2 and a half years. They have always been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Any issues or questions are responded to very quickly and they're always happy to help. Moving in and out where both smooth, quick processes with everything explained perfectly. They're happy to spend as much time as you need with viewings or discussions- nothing is a hassle. The whole team have been great but I dealt mostly with Bethany who is always prompt for any viewings, determined to sort your problems ASAP and in general just a delight to talk to! I only have good words for this team! It was a pleasure - thank you!!
To quote an old Honda advert 'isn't it great, when everything just works'. We have just picked up our keys from Redrose and from start to finish, our experience has been so refreshingly great. At every stage of our journey, from the initial viewing with Sandra to the keys being handed over by Cathy, we have been pleasantly surprised. Not forgetting Karen and Beth in the office. Chris, you have an amazing 'detail orientated' team at the Buckshaw village branch, who always go over and above to meet and exceed customer expectations. I have been a tenant for Redrose now for over 2 years, everything has been fab - any issues with the property have been dealt with swiftly and with great communication throughout. Never struggle to get in contact, should i need to, and the app for reporting maintenance issues etc is brilliant the first time i have used one in my many years of renting definitely a great way to log issues asap. Everyone i have come in to contact with, either during inspections or over telephone/email, have been friendly, accomodating and a pleasure to deal with.
Its been a absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Redrose Estate Agents. We moved to Lancashire from Australia and the team went above and beyond to assist us in finding a rental. There were plenty of hoops to jump through and the communication from Cathy and the team during the process was excellent and thanks to their efforts, we were in our new rental before we knew it. Absolutely lovely experience . We rent with RedRose since 2021 and never had an issue. I want to thank them all especially Cathy from lettings who went above our expectations and found me and my partner a new lovely home when we needed the most. I recommend RedRose to anyone looking for a good and serious agency .
We have been tenants for close on 5 years and during this time issues have arisen with white goods becoming faulty or not working, the staff at Redrose were quick to respond and all issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. We must mention in particular the friendly and helpful staff who helped in our aquiring and eventual leaving, Beth always smiling and assuring and Karen who guided us with our exit and all the others who helped during our tenancy.
Honestly the kindest and most helpful team you could think of when trying to find a place to rent. Always happy to help and made the search for a property very easy and pain free. 10/10 would recommend as a first port of call for anyone looking to rent in the area.
My experiences of RedRose Sales and Lettings team has been from a Tennant perspective. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff especially Cathy and Beth. They guided me into the process very easily as a first time Tennant to be and put a detailed case forward on my behalf as to why the Landlord should pick us. The application process was worked through efficiently and communication was very straight forward. Cathy is a little Gem. Great work from Cathy and the team at RedRose. Now I have just picked my keys up and am well on the way to moving in. Thank you all at RedRose.
My experience of Red Rose using Let Only Service was really positive. From my first enquiry to securing a tenant. The whole team where amazing, friendly and professional. Bethany met us and sorted the viewings. Cathy was a star, dealing with my queries and resolving all issues, patience of a saint. Chris kept me informed when Cathy was off.
