I am a current FI Real Estate Management tenant based in Greater Manchester.  I found FI Real Estate Management friendly and approachable and made the process in letting property from them a quick and straight forward procedure.  We also have a dedicated Property Manager should we need to discuss any issues with them.

We found FI really easy to deal with.  The people we met were very nice and they have loads of experience in property management if you are looking for someone to manage your property portfolio,

One of the worst commercial property landlords out there. They don't care about their tenants, fail to repair property, and avoid contact when you need something resolved but send bailiffs around if you are a few days late with your rent. I would never take a lease with them again.
