We booked a house viewing with Della and nobody showed up. We stood there for 30 mins and wasted a trip. No apology either.
Both my husband and myself can't thank Forbes Estates Agents, Chorley enough. We recently sold an apartment in Leyland and the help we got from the staff was fantastic. The staff are really helpful and if I was work hard. I would recommend anyone to who is wanting to buy or sell a property to consider going to Forbes Estate Agents. Thank you Paul and Staff.
We all know buying a house is an experience for its own given the currently climate. As a first time buyer Forbes Paul & Della went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. It didn’t run as smoothly as it should have but Della in particular was there every step of the way to get me through it. Communication was faultless from start to finish and nothing was to much trouble. These guys are true wizards when it comes to dealing with solicitors to! I couldn’t for asked for a better estate agents to buy from and wouldn’t think twice about selling or buying with them again in the future!
Wonderful team with Paul and his team at Forbes. We've bought and sold with them and their service is fantastic. I originally went to sell my house with another estate agent and the communication was dreadful and we were completely messed around. We then went with forbes and they were outstanding from the moment we met at the house. Very professional and the photo's were taken by their photographer Tim. A wonderful team and we have been back to buy and sell with them ever since. I wouldn't use another estate agent now.
Forbes were extremely helpful with our purchase. Towards completion date they chased endlessly up and down the chain, even dealing with a few tricky solicitors, meaning we were able to complete on time. I'm also really impressed with the quality of their marketing and photography - if we were selling again we would use them without hesitation.
Recently sold our house with Forbes. Paul and Della were both great- we had a few stumbles along the way due to no fault of theirs or ours but they gave sound advice and pulled it out the bag: we completed a sale in record time. Would definitely recommend and use this agent again.
Fantastic service. Sold our property in a matter of days, achieving well above our expectations. Della was amazing, helping us get to completion, which wasn’t straight forward. Highly recommended!
