It has been an immense pleasure to work with Jo from Lets Rent Cambridge. We have had no trouble whatsoever renting a property from them, the process was really smooth. Jo has always been available in times of emergency- on one fine Sunday morning, we had accidentally locked ourselves out of the house, and had contacted her, she went out of the way to provide assistance and for that we are ever grateful. She has been very accommodating while we were moving in the property, and even as we are now moving out. We would highly recommend Lets Rent Cambridge for tenancy purposes, and we would love to work with them again in the future, they are the best!
We've rented with Let's Rent Cambridge for over a year and received nothing but professional and timely service. They were easy to contact and quick to respond whenever we had issues or queries. They also assisted when we had noisy neighbors and dealt with it very professionally so that we didn't have to. Would most certainly recommend Let's Rent Cambridge to any landlord or prospective tenant!
A very efficient agent who achieves a good rental value and cares for you and the tenant. Has a good supply of tradesmen that do a good job but not at extortionate prices. Would recommend the company to anyone.

Rented our house in Cambridge from Lets Rent for 5 years, they were really professional, quick to respond and friendly. Any problems with the property were quickly resolved, and they are very accommodating and flexible. We had lots of changes of tenants during our lease, as well as some problems during the pandemic, and they easily dealt with everything. Moved out last week, the whole process was very smooth. I rented a property from Lets Rent in central Cambridge for about 18 months. From the first viewing to ending our tenancy, everything was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Nicola and Beverley were quick to respond when we had any issues. Another important factor for me was Nicola and Jo's very careful and respectful approach when needing to gain access to the property. Excellent service and would highly recommend this agency.
I rented with let’s rent for about a year and a half in a central Cambridge property. Excellent agents, very easy to talk to. Easy to contact if there was a ever a building issue. Best agent I’ve had in 10 years of renting. Wishing Nicola and the team all the best for the future! Would recommend to any prospective renters.
My partner and I stayed in Cambridge from 2021 to 2022 and rented from Let's Rent Cambridge LRC. We were not able to do any physical viewings but Jo was able to accommodate this and gave us a virtual tour of the property, allowing us to quickly and easily apply to rent the flat shortly after. Throughout our time in Cambridge all the staff were fantastic and any issues we encountered with the flat were dealt with quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend renting with Lets Rent Cambridge.
