I recently purchased a couple of tri bikes from Les and must say it was a seamless experience from start to finish, from my first phone call to Les he managed to offer a price that was substantially less than any online company was offering, the bikes were all assembled and good to go within the stated time frame. After sales service has been excellent with Les and his team of mechanics sorting out a few minor niggles very quickly to keep me on the road. If you're thinking of purchasing a new bike give Les a try first, it always best to use your local bike shop if possible as no online company will offer decent after sales back up which is one of the most important things to consider when buying a new bike.

I had every intention of buying a used bicycle for my grandson. When I met Les he explained how UK made bikes where much better made and safer than any shall we say foreign (oriental) manufactured bikes. I was very happy with my purchase and will recommend Les's Cycles to all my  friends and family. THANK YOU LES :-)

Very good experience. They were friendly and extremely helpful when ordering the bike. Definitely the best bike shop I've been to in Essex so far! Would recommend!

This is the best bike shop i have been to in Essex so far, i would highly recommend it, this shop has a good array of bikes, from the low end cost cutting budget bikes to the high end bikes for pro's, staff are friendly/knowledgeable and ready to help.
I have been back there several times since and it's always a good experience.
10/10 for bikes.
