Very good customer service. Very knowledgeable friendly guys with no hard sell. Genuinely impressed. Had a work bike voucher and had no idea as to what to do with it. Really helpful staff Chris W and Gav. Faultless. Dec 22 - had an issue with my bike. Took it back. They remembered my first Name and promised to sort it with the manufacturer. Absolute sterling service again. Nothing was too much of an issue. All sorted. No fuss. Cracking service again chaps. Have a good Xmas.
Great staff - Special thanks to Gavin I think who handled a recent problem I had with my Trek. Super fast turnaround and got my bike back to me before a trip to Wales. Will use again, great service.
I purchased a bike from here and the experience was very good. Gave me lots of time to think about the bike and had it ready and built for collection, even with another size built in case I changed my mind over size. The issue came when I took it in for it's 4 week service. I asked for play in headstock to be checked and hears adjusted as well as tubeless conversion. I picked it up a week later and the tubeless hadn't been done and all I got was a "sorry I just noticed we missed it". Later upon riding it the gears were still not adjusted and I tightened the headstock myself. Its quite clear that nothing was done with the bike and it was just left for a week. This is really poor especially considering its a 50 minute drive to the shop for me and the service and tubeless was for the London to Brighton offroad bike ride the next day. A really disappointing customer service ice experience, I won't risk going back and wasting my time for another service. I'll just have to pay for someone more reliable to do it.
Good old fashioned fantastic service. The moment I walked in the shop, Chris was greeting me with with kindness, politeness and offered professional help. Thank you so much, it's like going back in time. You know... when the customer came first.
Absolute first class service from Gavin and the team of knowledgeable bike experts. They looked after me so well while purchasing my new bike, no pretentiousness at all as often experienced in some snobby bike stores. They sourced and swapped out parts without fuss and for no labour charge. Top class, I’m definitely using Cycles U.K. LoS going forward!
The gold standard of customer service is here. The technical knowledge and advice given are exemplary, this will my go to shop for any of my cycling needs. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience there. Thanks to Chris for helping me select and order the ideal bike, and thanks to the rest of the team for their great advice and service.
Dropped a wheel off due to a spoke failure earlier in the week, staff were very polite and attentive to my needs. Good range of stock mainly for adults but some kids bikes on display.
Visiting is far more rewarding than viewing the store's products solely in cyber space: here is a bike emporium. Although modestly sized, the showroom/ workshop heaves with top marque cycles, accessories and apparel. Advice from staff is illuminating and enthusiastic. Limited numbers are admitted currently at any given time. Purchasing paper work is exceptionally tidy. The 4 week after-sale service on my Sirrus 1 lifted its performance to even loftier heights. If Gavin and his cronies had provided a machine which did not require a replacement handlebar stem, due to, initial, riding discomfort, a grade 5 would be well in order. Thank you; I'll be back.
