A fantastic bike shop. I used to live in Essex and would get all my bike gear from here. Always super helpful, patient and happy. I still go down and visit them every now and then to catch up and for them to service my TT bike

Martin and team serviced my road bike a few weeks ago. Martin gave terrific helpful advice about changes to setup that would benefit me e.g. switching handlebar stem for higher riding position. The tyres and inner tubes were also changed. It later transpired one inner tube had a manufacturing fault where the valve is welded to tube so it developed a leak. Again brilliant after sales service changed tube and to be safe changed wheel tape. No fuss no bother no charge. Proffesional service and a confident polite team cannot recommend highly enough
So professional and helpful, didn’t make me feel stupid as a novice to riding very welcoming! Best bike shop for sure !!
I purchased and got new handlebars fitted here based on a recommendation from Velo Insights. This is a great bike shop very knowledgeable staff. I spoke to Sam and he was able to fit the bars within an hour and gave me some great advice about different light and bike computer mounting options. Although not local I will definitely come here again!
What these people don't know about Bikes is not worth knowing. Always helpful, polite, and provide an excellent service. Be warned when you walk in there though, some of those bikes are amazing!
Absolutely brilliant. At last I have found a bike shop that a does a really good job and b respects their customers and doesn't try to rip them off.
Went in for a 5th puncture! They actually looked for what was causing that and repaired the issue! Fantastic service, easy to chat too and brilliant shop! I will be back whenever i need.
An outstanding experience with a great family business. With two e-Bromptons I have always been concerned that in the event of issues I would be at the mercy of cycle superstores. Not anymore - friendly, reassuring and great value.
Richardsons are a first class operation. Superb problem solving has turned my bike from a dog to a pleasure to ride. Very fair pricing too and the confidence of knowing these people know what they are doing and care about it. Really good advice on multiple occasions.
