Terrible store for service, if you are trying to buy shoes good luck finding anyone to assist, and that is when it is quite. Maybe a buzzer or some sort of alert to remind staff that there are customers waiting would help.
Lift was broken on the day of our visit, so couldn't get to woman's section due to having baby in a pram. Understandably, broken lift is not any of employees fault, however, to my surprise not a single employee offered to help get upstairs with a pram.nAlso, kept trying to call to find out if lift have been fixed now, so we don't waste our time getting to the shop in case it haven't, but no one is answering the phone.
Went for 2 pairs of trainers and a pair of walking boots for my son. I wasn’t sure if he needed a 12 or 13, so asked for both sizes in the 6 different trainers meaning the guy had to get 12 boxes from the stock room. They had both sizes in every trainer he’d chosen, which I was impressed by.nThe man who helped us Danny also got the 2 different sizes of walking boots - even though they were on the shop floor which I thought was super helpful .nA really positive, pleasant experience.

Very disappointing. Bought 2 pairs of trousers for my son but they didn't fit very well. Took them back and asked for a refund, and even though I had the receipt, they refused. I was told I could have a credit note. I explained that there was nothing else that I wanted, but was still refused a refund. I thought the consumer had rights but obviously not in Sports Direct. Won't be shopping there again. Very shabby service
