Had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and polite and I felt safe. The shower in my room was so nice, I could have stayed in there for hours. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Sheffield! It’s very close to a great selection of restaurants.
Great location and a very warm welcome when we arrived, Nothing was too much trouble . The room was modern and spacious and a fantastic nights sleep as the beds were so comfortable. We Also received a free drink from the bar which was a lovely surprise . It felt very well organised re COVID and safe. Will stay again.
This hotel is ideally placed right in the heart of Sheffield city centre. It's perfect for shopping trips or if your looking for restaurants & bars. The rooms are to a high standard & are clean & modern. Staff are very friendly & make you feel more than welcome
Great location and good rooms. Small gym available on the ground floor. The restaurant area is disappointing. Many things are missing from the menu. Staff are struggling to apprehend drunk and noisy guests.
First time at this hotel for my anniversary and it was wonderful! There was a discount on rooms due to COVID and we got the VIP room with a mezzanine level which has the bedroom on - it was amazing!! Would love to come back.
We went there last year and we stayed in one of there suits.We were pleasantly surprised of the small details in the room like notebook with pen, bottle of water in the fridge and even earplugs in the draws The locations is perfect and the layout of the room was something different we really liked. We'll visit again.
