I booked an afternoon tea for 4 through Groupon. It was an excellent deal, the sandwiches were fresh, the scones warm, the ambiance was lovely, and the staff amazing. It was an excellent value for money and we had a great time. We will definitely go again and we recommend to othersLocation: 5/5
We had afternoon tea in the tea room. The scones and clotted cream were delicious! There was a good variety of tea and the Earl Grey was very fragrant. The staff were all friendly and courteous and it is a nice place
Went there for the afternoon tea, we had such a lovely time! We sat by the fire which was very cosy. Food was delicious and the service was great, very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend and will most certainly come back :
Booked a Groupon afternoon "Royal" tea for only £32 for two people. The hotel is a very short walk from Marble Arch underground. We were shown to a quiet, tea room filled with paintings, a small bar area and warmly decorated in a victorian style. The large round tables are all placed far apart for plenty of privacy. There was even a fresh rose on every table! We were served with four sandwiches each, 4 large, fruity and warm scones. Our glasses of champagne not prosecco even came with a small dish of fresh strawberries. I was a tiny bit disappointed at the very small size of the cakes. However, there were 10 to choose from and the size of the scones made up for this. The pistachio cake, though tiny, was particularly delicious. I would highly recommend for an afternoon treatment.
Stayed here a few weeks ago. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect location for shopping as it's just off Oxford Street and within easy walk to Paddington station. Will return in the future.Rooms: 5/5

Had afternoon tea here twice - the first time was back in March and it was absolutely delicious and the staff were exceptional. The second time was in the middle of August. The standard and service were still very high. The Afternoon tea has a really nice selection of cakes, which were fresh and moist. The scones were warm and served with a hearty portion of cream and jam. The setting was very relaxed with comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed our whole experience and the friendliness of our waiting staff who remembered me the second time contributed to making both visits very memorable.

Of 15+ afternoon teas I have been to in London, this is the best one so far. Very classically british, tasty scones, good atmosphere.
