Staff was very helpful and store has so many fun and fashionable items. New purple Elizabeth line in purple is so cute. Sale prices for bags here are better than USA but boots and shoes are better sale priced in the USA. If I had more money to blow I’d buy the whole rhinestone cold cup that was black with colored hearts! Magnificent I just need it to go on sale now
The staff called Simram is really very helpful and kind. I appreciate her service , she was so kind to me and helped me to choose my shoes. I went there for buying 1 shoe but she made me convince bought two. I really like her.
bought a bag in brent cross cash took it back for refund around 1pm afternoon they claim that had no cash later tex me oh sorry we won’t be able to give exchange no g cash like Really!!!!!! £199 the manager in that branch not help full at all possible don’t like black if you ask me.
Very poor quality and customer service. Bought pair of shoes for my daughter, returned to the shop in 30 min to return as they were too narrow and was impossible to put them on. They refused to except the return, even though I have asked them about return at the time of purchase, as my daughter was not with me at the time of the purchase.
Kurt Geiger is one of my favourite brands and I used to buy shoes for me and my husband almost every two months. I particularly like the store in Westfield shopping center and a service provided by stuff. If you'll go to that shop ask for Behnaz, she is the best one there. Great professional, very helpful and she has a great energy.
My partner called this store today in the hope of tracking down a pair of trainers that were not available in our local store or online. He spoke to a lady called Sonia who was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. The customer service provided by Sonia was exemplary and I would consider her as a real asset to the company. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you once again for great service
I came into this store twice because I wanted to purchase a Kensington bag for my birthday. On both occasions, I was served by Ella and she was so friendly, helpful, patient and informative. The customer with experience I had with her was so memorable and one of the best I've experiences in recent times. With Ella's assistance I managed to purchase the exact Kensington bag that I wanted, for my birthday and I couldnt be happier with it or !! I will definitely visit this store again, to make another purchase in the near future and I hope that I am served by ella once again.
The worst customer service ever. If you buy a sale item you can not return it - you can only get a gift card return. I had to accept this as I had no choice even though at the time of purchase this was 100 % not made clear. The worst part is my gift card won’t work online and I know other people have been having the same issue! Have wasted so much time going in store to get this sorted and contacting customer service but they have been of no help. First, I got a gift card instead of my refund. Now the gift card doesn’t work! It’s almost like Kurt Geiger doesn’t want to provide the products for the money it’s taken from me. Shocked. Overall bad experience and the quality of products is way below average as well and definitely not worth the price tag.
Absolutely stunning service provided by the staff at Westfield W12 shop, in particular Adrianna We left with several pairs of shoes and various accessories all which were as a result of the shop having the right product, right sizes and excellent customer service. Kudos to the team and Adrianna.
Pleasant staff. Shame their boots do not go up half sizes.
