Excellent. Sent 3 pairs of my wife's best shoes 2 Chanel + 1 Christian Laboutin for new soles and heels. The repair was flawless and made them look new again. It is hard to find a shoe shop that will repair beautiful shoes carefully and expertly, we will be using them again.
I took in a pair of boots needing a resole and stretching, the repair was beautifully done and the guys went the extra distance stretching a very hard leather over several weeks. Wonderful warm and friendly service, would highly recommend.
Excellent service, my partner and I sent multiple pairs of shoes for cleaning and putting on new soles and every single pair looks new again. All this for a reasonable price, I cannot recommend this family business enough!
This is a gem I found by chance, great cobbler and reasonably priced. Over the span of the past couple of months, I have resoled/added rubber soles on couple of dress shoes - 2 pairs of C&J and a Vass. I am a shoe fanatic and can get really picky when it comes to bringing the shoes to someone who really knows shoemaking. On top of that, if you’d like to talk to them on the craft of shoemaking boils down to different brands and into the nitty gritty, Andreas will be more than happy to have a chat with you on that. These are craftsmen who knows exactly what they are doing. I don’t even live in London and this is the place I would really recommend. Great business, great knowledge, great people.
I visited Michael’s Shoe Repairs to get extra holes punched in my leather belt and Andreas was able to help me with that. Andreas made me feel very welcome at this shop, his friendliness made my day, thank you!
Brought in boots to get a new sole - easy job. However when I received the shoe the sole's perimeter was 1mm larger than the heel itself so it was sticking out, and the height of sole was much higher too so the shoe no longer stands up straight. I now have to throw my shoes in the bin.. very disappointing

The best shoe repair in all of London! I have been going to Michael's for nearly 8 years now, and I've never left disappointed. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work is amazing, and most importantly, they are always honest about when a repair isn't worth the cost of doing it. Highly recommend using Michaels, even if its out of the way for some people
