Exceptional customer service and and really an extraordinary result. My Jimmy Choo Biker boots circa 2012 are now 12 years old and are one of my most cherished possessions fashion wise. The team at Classic Shoe Repair were able to Restore them back their original condition, fully re soling them and adding new original Jimmy Choo brand tapes at the heels where these had fallen away and been damaged over years and years of walking. As well as mending and polishing any scratches, small tears and little rips in the lambskin to the point where they ALMOST look like a brand new pair of shoes. Given how expensive these shoes have now become, and how important sustainability is- I find this service worth its weight. Thank you Classic Shoe repairs, at this rate I can happily pass these along to my daughter, who loves them too.
Great resource for North Londoners - wonderful customer service, strong attention to detail, and reasonable prices. They fixed my Golden Goose sneakers so I can get some more life out of them. Highly recommend!
I was recommended to Classic Shoe Repairs by the team at Manolo Blahnik when they said that the lost/blocked heel issue I had after only 5/6 wears was "wear and tear". Classic Shoe Repairs were absolutely brilliant, making every effort to be able to repair the heel with minimal expense needed, and I couldn't be happier with the incredible service and value they offer. The heels are like new. If I lived in London I'd take every pair of shoes I own to them, forevermore. Highly, highly, recommend these guys for any challenging or high-value shoe repairs! I was given Classic Shoe Repairs detals by Jimmy Choo as a heel on one of my shoes completely snapped in half. They were able to match the heel and the mock Croc covering perfectly. Brilliant service, very happy :
I have been bringing my most loved accessories to Classic Shoe Repairs for many years now. What draws me back here is the level of craftsmanship and the great customer service. I trust them and their skill. Recently I brought my shoes for polish and minor repairs. Unbeknown to me the shoes were damaged beyond repair. However they perseviered and built a new pair for me. I was so touched and I could not believe how identical the new pair was to the original. A big thank you to the team for building my shoes from scratch. I highly recommend them

I have been amazed and delighted by the startlingly high quality of this business. I found them by chance and they have now taken on a few pieces of work for me, of which the most significant was the comprehensive restoration of a bag with very deep sentimental value that I have owned for over 30 years. They won my trust initially by doing brilliant work on another couple of items, then charging an incredibly reasonable rate compared to several other firms that I had also talked to. When I brought my bag in, they examined it carefully and were very creative in working out what they could to do bring it back to life. They also won further respect by being very honest and transparent with me about the limits of what they could do and how long the work could take. It was clear to me that they really wanted me to make the right decision for me and did not want to push me into anything - they wanted to be sure that I truly understood what to expect. They were then proactive in keeping me informed about the work and finished it within the timescales they had led me to believe. When I went to collect the bag, it had been done brilliantly and was worth every penny. This was made even better by the incredible niceness and genuine charm of everyone I talked to. This is truly a customer service business and I never doubted for a second that they really wanted what was right for me rather than trying to make as much money as they could. I regard this as a true partnership based on real trust as well as their deep expertise and skill, and I would never now consider going anywhere else.
