Been to this store out of necessity maybe 15 times. Staff walk around with faces like bulldogs and are shockingly rude when you try to engage them! I tried to report this to the manager calmly and constructively but was met with yet more bad attitude and overly defensive barking. If you can avoid this store please do. There must be a Lloyd's or well nearby that have friendly staff in. I will use those instead from now on and advise anybody else to do the same

I came into the store to check my weight and BMI as I have done on numerous occasions the machine is not working properly as each time it measures my height differently by up to 3 inches  and thus it records everything wrong I informed one of the staff and she replied she would pass it on. and had a could not give a damn attitude, these machines cost 70p each time and should be accurate. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH BOOTS.
