Leicester Square is one of the busiest areas in London city. You can find Mr Bean, Harry Potter, Charlie Chaplin, William Shakespeare and many other statutes there. There is London cinema and many shops and cafes in the area. Some people show their talent shows there, as well. A close Harry Potter shop is just by the corner. Also, M & M shop and Lego shop are there.. kids will love it
Found this store and decided to purchase a tea shirt for my guitarist son. The store itself is five-star with a huge choice of stock displayed perfectly. However, I felt the floor staff had preconceptions of customers with a lack of attention to those not making big purchases. While I tried to get someone to attend to me, as the tea shirts were not all sized correctly, I had to wait until the staff ended their chats with each other. It's such a shame as the store was perfect apart from that.
Nice park to hang out. Location is very busy, especially on the weekend and evenings throughout the week. Also many street artists perform in this area, we saw beatboxing, singing, painting and mimes. Beautiful place with lot of eye catching statues.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo

Leicester Square is that spot! If you are lucky to catch premiere night, you may actually get to see your movie stars. As you stroll through the Square garden, you’ll see cool sculptures honoring famous movies. Street Performers: Constant flow of street artists playing music or drawing pictures. They add a dash of excitement to the square. Nearby Gems: Just around the corner, visit the National Gallery amazing and free art or explore Chinatown endless eastern food offerings. Shopping Fun: Lego and M&M are huge favorites for families. Food Adventures: As the sun sets, food stalls pop up. Grab a quick bite or sit down for a nice meal. One of the busiest, most crowded places in the city full of crowded squares. It’s the place to go to enjoy the pulsating best of London. The W hotel on one end has a nice lounge to see the sights from a height.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
It was fine. Very busy, but it was ok. As far as tourist attractions go, it is not the top of my list. Having lived here as well, there are a lot of places off the beaten path that are less commercial, BUT it's not bad. Nice restaurants around.Visited onWeekdayReservation recommendedNo
A lot of changes happened in Leicester Square since I came year 1999 and now 2024. New restaurant, coffee shop and fast food. The small park in the middle has been updated as well and being used always on occasion as it have gate to control people and make a fee. There are toilet for men and women . So far men's toilet was free??? When I visited but used to insert 20 pence before. Otherwise still a landmark as it house the biggest Odeon cinema .
I visited the Odeon Leceistser Square for an Into Films Awards Ceremony. I love the serene environment and it was very fun. Every aesthetic was giving spectacular design.Visited onWeekdayWait time30–60 minReservation recommendedYes
Visited with family friends and it was super fun! Great place to walk around and very lively and bustling! However there are smokers pretty much everywhere so if you're bringing young ones or someone with lung issues, highly recommend bringing a face mask!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Leicester Square is located in the West End of London and definitely one of the most popular tourists attractions in London, where major theatres, restaurants and garden are there. As the location indicates, it is the ‘West end’ adjacent to the square. Furthermore Cinemas are there as well. Nearby this square there so many spots for tourists to mandatorily visit that this could be called the centre point of surrounding attractions. There are 1 National gallery 2 Trafalga Square 3 Covent Garden 4 SOHO 5 China town mostly for meals? vert closely. If you walk a bit farther it’s worth even if you have a Oyster or Travel card, you can reach 1 Tottenham Court Rd 2 Piccadilly circus 3Regent street and 4Big Ben and Westminster. And There are very large casino of Hippodrome which was the biggest club long ago. And Usually there is street busking so that you may spend some time with their performance, singing or dancing. Furthermore there are shops for Kids as well like Lego shop and M&M’s, which even adults can enjoy forgetting their ages. Surely a place for tourists to visit mandatorily.
