Lovely campsite within minutes from London, showers and toilets exceptionally clean, lovely friendly staff, lovely little shop has everything you need that you might have forgotten to pack and a gorgeous river behind it, great for walks/bike rides.nnElectric and non electric pitches, touring pitches, pods, safari tents and lodges with hot tubs!nnPub just up the road too which makes this place perfect! Manager Katy couldn’t do enough for us, highly recommend
Lovely place in general. Just the family shower tray needed a good clean and the plug was blocked. The website stated it had a playground - the playground was no longer in existence!
Lovely staff, Richard was super helpful with where to park for the train station and things to do locally. Shame the play park had to be closed down but lovely clean facilities on site and a handy shop. Fishing spots available on site.
Always welcomed at Dobbs Weir. We come camping with students and we are very well looked after. The facilities are spotless and staff friendly. I would happily come and stay again.
Been meaning to leave a review for a while now! I have been coming and staying on this site for just over a year now, I have stayed at many sites, I'm also a CCC and CAMC member and they aren't a patch to this site! It's in a beautiful area, literally a 2 minute walk from the river which can take you all the way to Wormley, cheshunt, Waltham cross and the other way takes you to rye house etc, so hours and hours of walking:- it's also only 10 mins walk away from Hoddesdon Town which has everything you would need! This site also has a very well stocked shop which has saved my bacon a few times:- recently there has been some works for improvement here, I was staying here whilst the works were being completed and honestly they have done a beautiful job, even adding more trees:- so if your looking for a place where EVERY SINGLE member of staff are nice and super helpful with harlow, epping, Hoddesdon and ware a drive away with the station just up the road and beautiful scenery where nature thrives I actually saw a new breed of bird I had never seen before, Oyster Catcher! This is the site for you:- dog friendly, great amenities, very clean and generally a nice relaxing atmosphere with the nicest staff members:-
