Beautiful haven of nature just where you probably wouldn't expect to find it. Fantastic plant and insect life as well as the birds. Lovely staff too!

Great place to take the children for a half day out to view various birds and let them get some fresh air!

We went on a Sunday and were impressed with the facilities. Our 6 year old had a great time going around with a clip board (which the kids receive on entering) ticking off the various birds and animals we saw as we made our way around the reserve. We met a friendly robin and couldn't believe how close we got to it. The picnic areas are very nice too and the staff very friendly.

Great place for a walk and bird watching. There are a number of hides.
