We have recently relocated from Yorkshire to Leamington Spa and with the help of Laura and Sean we found a great property to rent in central Leamington. All of our dealings with them have been courteous and professional, and Laura in particular gave us an excellent, personal service - keeping us up to date with what was going on, explaining paperwork and costs etc. Would highly recommend them!

We have completed the sale of our house this week thanks to Sean and the Martin & Co team, who have been brilliant from start to finish. In less than a week of marketing we'd recieved multiple offers, and agreed a great price with buyers who were ready to go. Alison in Martin & co's central team who are dedicated to seeing the sale from agreed offer to completion, worked hard to see the sale complete in the agreed short timescale. We're very happy customers

We moved to Martin and Co a few years ago to get a more personal service. They have been great. Really responsive service from professional staff. They have ensured that the property is maintained to a high standard solving problems quickly. They have achieved top rentals with virtually no voids between tenants. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Terrible communication between the agent and tenant, when probed over a hidden fee we were met by an aggressive manager trying his hardest to intimidate us. He of course ended up being wrong in this situation and after his failed intimidation attempt couldn't muster up an apology. Shocking customer service
