The worst letting agent have ever come across
highest fees among all agents and the worst customer service of all...
surprised to see that they even have good reviews...allagents website probably have some correct reviews...atleast matching my experience...avoid at all costs.

Great friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend Caroline at The Letting People, if you are looking to let your property.  The personal touch and interest in our properties was welcomed and showed they have a true understanding of letting property to ensure everyone is happy!

Great company, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they know how to look after their landlords and tenants well. Highly recommended!

It took 130 Days to get my Deposit back. 130 DAYS! 4 and a half months!! After creating a fake dispute, taking an age to argue the case. Other than that they seem to be professional. . .maybe they need more staff. . .but if you like getting your deposit back in a timely manner then avoid.

Very good letting agency...attentive, responsive, pro-active, reasonable fee structure...very glad I made the move a few years back!
