EHB have been so efficient with our house sale, they have kept us informed throughout and are a team of very friendly staff. It’s been a pleasure to deal with them and made the process very easy. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Would throughly recommend EHB residential after our recent sale. Scott achieved a very quick offer over the asking price and Juliana and Helen did an excellent job chasing the chain and keeping us informed through all the inevitable twists and turns. We would definitely use them again.

We cannot recommend EHB highly enough - very professional from start to finish, and employed an effective marketing strategy over the bank holiday to secure a lot of interest. Crucially, Juliana and Helen were instrumental in ensuring the process ran smoothly from receipt of the offers to exchange/ completion.

Thank you EHB.  The process was a little longer than expected and had some challenges due to unexpected requests from the buyer.  Juliana and Helen were very helpful at every step of the way and provided valuable insight on how to keep the process moving forward.  Definitely recommend the EHB Team for sales of your property.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at ehB Residential.  They dealt with my sale with total professionalism and compassion.  They went above and beyond "the call of duty" and managed to keep conversations going between me and the buyers when I was not able to talk to my solicitor due to illness.  I would like to name check Juliana and Helen for their support during the sale and Clive for the excellent initial advice on the best way forward with a potentially tricky sale.  Would I use ehB again? - YES,  Would I recommend ehB? - YES.

The staff at ehb were absolutely amazing on so many levels. They kept my sale moving forward when my solicitor was less than useful. They kept me informed about the chain at all times. Both Helen and Juliana work so hard behind the scenes I did not appreciate what they do until seeing first hand how diligent they are in keeping everything moving, chasing people. Absolute brilliant for both myself as the seller and keeping my buyers up to date. They literally went above and beyond.
