Kids party. They all enjoyed the laser tag but the overall experience was terrible. There's no host or assistance from the venue and you have to do everything yourself for the birthday party. They were refurbishing the venue so the entire place had dust everywhere. The room we'd booked was layered in dust. It was in an unacceptable condition. We had to be moved to another room which was also covered in dust. The hot drinks machine was faulty and leaking water but eventually got fixed. The food was very basic. Only 2 pizzas were supplied to feed 10 kids and this was padded out with a ridiculous amount of fries. With all the dust and renovations still ongoing around the facility, the venue should've been closed.
Came here today for the first time and it was fab.. Manager served us and she was so friendly and helpful. Had a lot of fun and will return for sure.
We just had my son's 8th birthday party here. And was a fabulous experience. All 10 children really enjoyed the games. They came out hyper, sweaty and ready for the next one lol. This was then followed by a party in the party room. Drinks and hot food was all provided and all was enough. Staff left you to get on with it which I loved. Enough seating, Bluetooth music. The party bags they provided, all filled with great stuff, children loved them. All staff were great and really friendly. It was honestly a fabulous experience. A nice laid back environment. His cousin is already planning his party here for his birthday. Not to mention amazing value for money, honestly. Thank you so much.
One of the best places to go to have some fun the staff are the best especially one in particular and I'm. Definitely going to go again went yesterday and had a great time with my friends and obviously did one for the best
Had a birthday party for my son. The birthday team enjoyed the games but the whole experience at the venue was headache. The staff are terrible and do not assist at all! No drinks were provided half was through the games, less plates, less cups, spoons etc... Had to serve the children and clear up before the cake came out. The whole point of paying £17.00 per child is for the venue to take control of everything
My kids had fun here today, they really enjoyed the games. The girl that was working inside was really helpful and sweet she made sure my kids understood how to play the game before going in

We just had a gold package birthday party for our son. The party itself was alright, 3 good games of Lazer, plenty of food and the kids had a good time. Sadly it was let down by the lacklustre staff, tired decor and general untidiness of the place. The sofas are all ripped and tatty, the men's toilets are out of order, there was rubbish in the waiting area which could've been cleaned by the 3 members off staff who were behind the till on their phones, and there was broken equipment in the corridors we had to use to access the party room. There was minimal interaction from the staff other than to confirm payment and food orders. Overall we had a decent time but the staff are really not up to standard which ruins the experience for this reason I wouldn't recommend
Nice activity for the kids to enjoy together but half the equipment didn’t work. Not to mention how rude the staff were. Two ladies in particular had a very big attitude problem and had absolutely no skills with children or how to speak to kids, just seemed annoyed and VERY bossy towards our kids which was disgusting. If you’re going to work in a place like this, you need to improve your customer service skills especially towards children. Would not recommend to others and wouldn’t return any time soon. Stick to the one in Acocks green. Staff are a lot nicer and better value for money!
I had my son's party and although they had an absolute blast. It's definitely not worth the price as a party package as there is no host. You have to literally do everything yourself, which to be honest you have to do with most places even if they have a host. The staff were friendly however I didn't appreciate the member of staff who walked in and literally scream at me and my guests that we have to leave as they needed to clean up. Very unprofessional and a quiet talk to to the side would have been more appropriate. Overall a one and only visit was adequate.
