I've used Trowbridge Ford for many years and I've also purchased two different cars from them 15 years apart. I've never had any complaints and I've always found the staff to be professional and efficient. Mostly recently I purchased a vehicle in January 2023 and the sales agent Harry was very helpful and guided me through the process from start to finish, answering all the questions that I had. Thank you, I'm very happy with my purchase!
Recently I found out that as long as the company is making money they really do not care about whether the customer is happy. This was apparent when I took my vehicle in with an issue and with it being less than a year old it was still within warranty and the team were in no rush to fix the issue. I expressed my concerns via email to the manager regarding his team within the service department, the outcome of these concerns was a half hearted phone call from the particular employee, who I found to be very unhappy in his job, offering me a courtesy car suddenly at short notice when one was not available for a couple of months prior to my email. Regardless of this poor attempt at keeping their customers happy and following their complaints procedure, no problems were fixed and I opted to take my vehicle to the Winford branch who were more than helpful with their approach.
Recently brought a two year old Focus from Trowbridge Ford. It's a lovely car and I'm gradually getting used to the changes in technology since my previous Focus 2011 vintage. The sales rep Harry was most helpful and enthusiastic. Thanks.
Harry Flenley was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very respectable and helpful when it came to buying my car in the smoothest way possible. No problems and would definitely recommend buying a car from him. Brilliant salesman
I would not recommend as an employer or as a customer at all. I left the company due to personal reasons thinking it was all left on friendly terms. When I was due my final payment for half a months work I only got paid £24 absolutely shocking and to find out that a good friend of mine who also worked there was pushed out by certain management who are ruining what could be a great business. I am currently getting legal advice but would warn people to avoid this place at all costs.
Months and months ago now but absolutely amazing customer service from Amelia Lucas. Warm and welcoming, got us a coffee on arrival, went above and beyond to help us. Always kept us in the loop. She passed us to her trusted colleague Sam, who also was fantastic and very helpful. Will go back there for any future cars in my family, only to see Amelia though. I only want the best
Hi, I bought my car back in July with a faulty parking sensor and asked to get it fix on the same day I bought the car. I was told to get my car fixed at the local garage with AA recovery provided by the company with full refund of any payments I made. Once the invoice was paid off, the company refused to pay me the domestic charge which I had to pay from my own pocket. I was being treated unfairly when they promised to give me a full refund and backed out when I asked them to pay for my invoice received from the garage. I have 1 year warranty with the company but still having to pay for every faulty when the company should be willing to help out. Please double check everything before purchasing a car from now.
Was very helpful. Vincent Nolan was the sales assistant we delt with. When been to a different dealership the same day and getting fobbed off. My husband and I went here and very polite and we let Vincent know what we were looking for and they couldn't offer it straight away but Vincent and his manager looked into what we were looking for that the amount we could pay and found a car which someone had cancelled too late to stop making and was coming in by the end of the month. We now have the car 2 weeks later. Thank you.

First Class Service,Problem sorted. New Car Battery fitted . Recommend Islington Ford Trowbridge.
