What an excellent service by the guys and girls at Kwik Fit Uxbridge!! Arrived with a slow puncture in my mini on the drivers side tyre and in 25 minutes I was in and out with a fixed tyre. Brilliant work.
I took my car for the first time today to Kwik Fit Uxbridge for MOT. I had some issues in the car that needed to be sorted in order to pass. Staff was very helpful and polite, the gentleman at reception took the time to explain what the issue was. Car was done within timescale and I am very happy with the service. Glad to have found a trusty garage local to me. Thank you so much for your help today!
Took my car back in for an anti roll bar replacement but unfortunately suppliers had sent wrong part, as I had to wait at least an hour for the new part they never charged me for labour and a discount on the part itself. I also needed a new tyre which was done for me at a lesser cost. Very pleased with the total cost and the service provided. Very nice helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
Ben and the team at Quick Fit have been fantastic and professional. It’s rare to find a reliable and honest garage. I have taken my car there on several occasions and have had a great experience. Highly recommended.
Excellent service - above and beyond what I paid for. Had a totally flat tire, booked in for replacements just before a very busy weekend. They checked my vehicle, said I didn't need new tyres, they could fix the existing one. They could have just replaced it all and I'd not have known or complained. 100% customer facing service - completely admirable - thanks guys! Would absolutely recommend, they'll be my first choice next time I need help!
Had a wheel alignment done on my car here as Kwik fit Hayes failed to do it even though I booked it a few days before the booking. Ben did the wheel alignment and got my car on the ramp asap,explained everything to me,showed me the screen too and was very friendly and professional. Gave me a print out too which showed before and after adjustment. Needed a few adjustments and only cost £116. Will definitely recommend and will use if needed in the future. Many thanks Ben.
Awful experience with MOT and service. Car was running absolutely fine when dropping to the garage, yet proceeded to break down when leaving after the MOT/service. Had to call several times to get someone to come and fix the issue caused by the garage, but am still waiting 3 weeks later for it to be fixed and can't drive the car at all as it's now leaking oil and struggling to accelerate. Have called the garage and customer care team multiple times, to no avail. Will not be returning.
It was a pleasure to deal with the Kwik Fit Uxbridge team - special mention to Ben Manager. My Merc ML stopped working due to the battery going flat. I had to contact several Kwik Fit branches for same-day replacement and all the branches were giving me reasons for not being able to change but Ben was very friendly and offered to change my battery on the same day. I was the last customer to leave the branch on Saturday and they even stayed after 5pm to complete the job. Keep up all your hard work guys.
Professional services, helpful staff and reasonable prices provided you can shop around for a discount code. This particular kwik-fit has always been fine for car services etc. But I can't comment on more detailed repairs/works.
We are all quick to complain when things go wrong but conversely should respond when things are right when I took two cars in for an MOT and first time at the Uxbridge branch and have to say what great customer friendly professional service. Great staff would definitely recommend and would especially recommend this branch. Thank you guys.
