Brilliant service at the Uxbridge branch. The team were kind enough to fit me in for an appointment at short notice and took the time out to explain the issues with my car. Mary was brilliant at keeping me updated and delivered great customer service in a polite, patient manner. Mary and team are a credit to Kwik Fit and will highly recommend this branch.
I arrived 15 minutes before closing time with a flat tyre. The team were very happy to help and repaired it there and then. Mary was really helpful, easygoing and communicative & I was very impressed with the whole process
Mary and Arthur were super helpful and really helped me out. My tyre got a puncture just as the shop had closed and I was frantically looking for a service station ….they actually opened back up to assist ! Turns out that I had driven over a screw which punctured the tyre….they repaired it quickly and efficiently …allowing me to get home. Top drawer service …. Thanks very much Kwikfit Uxbridge !
I’d have given 10/10 stars if possible. Mary is very knowledgeable and honest with her advice. I had an AC recharge done while waiting and could not fault the experience at all. A refreshing new change to this branch with Mary.
I wanted to thank Mary J. and her team for the support, professionalism, and humanity they offered. I dropped my two cars off for AirCon check and recharge, and she stayed overtime to finish the work on one of my cars. She was very polite and explained well what she had to do, but before she served me, she offered the same level of service to other customers.nnRemarkable behaviour and high level of professionalism, which should not go unnoticed
