I had a great experience at Halfords Uxbridge; it was superb. The Assistant Manager by name Chirag Sachania was amazing guy, the Uxbridge branch had an issue and instead of cancelling my appointment, he contacted the Halfords branch in Slough and drove me there to get my 4 tyres changed.  He could have chosen not to go that extra mile but he didn't. Employees like that needs to be appreciated for their great work they do in support of their company. I recommend Halfords Uxbridge Branch as well as all Halfords Branches.

Booked a day off to be able to get two car tyres purchased from Halfords  fitted before the MOT, got to the centre at 9am as booked to be told bad news such as the tyre technician was on holiday and only one of the tyre got delivered to the centre. No courtesy  call or any heads up about this inconvenient. Another customer behind me had literally the same issue . I had to wait for the second tyre delivery two days later, got back to centre and when I asked for the rear existing tyres to be fitted to the front  which were worn , got told that I had to pay £30  was expecting some courtesy at least at this stage after the initial messing up Service:&nbsp;Tires

Great customer service these guys saved me on my 3 hours journey when my car hard some troubles I stopped by to ask some assistance  they were very helpful. Great customer service.

Incompetent. The best word to describe my experience at Halfords Uxbridge. I took my e class for a service- full service. Always taken my cars here but clearly they are incompetent and don’t know what they are really doing. I drove off and they basically added too much oil to the car. Luckily the car has a sensor so I didn’t do too much damage but adding too much oil is the same as having too little and can damage your car. The workers I spoke to of course didn’t want to take any responsibility of their negligence of my car. If you have a Mercedes and just want a quick cheap service I wouldn’t use Halfords. I have to research more into it but it seems that kwik fit might be a better option or a specialist because these cars need to have a more specialist knowledge which I think companies arent capable of doing. Such a shame. But overall a very negative experience. I booked my service two months in advance to make sure I had a Saturday appointment and then still had to miss work on Monday morning and my deadlines were due. Won’t be using Halfords again.  Update- Halfords refunded me the money for the service and i was able to get it done through another competitive garage.

Really had a bad experience twice First went for oil change and Oil got leaked after few months and recently went for full service and guy told me that i need to replace my tyre because its punctured I went to oxford from where i bought my vehicle because i could claim free tyre because of tyre insurance Unfortunately their service department was close then i went to kwikfit and they told that tyre is repairable and when he took the Nail off and he found that even its small Nail and didnt went deeper into the tyre and its not leaking.and they were even amazed on halfords. Then those really professional guys checked tyre pressures of all tyres even that was not up to the mark. Its like even they didnt done the service properly. Kwikfit is better than halfords i will say.

I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the service I received from Halfords Auto centre in Uxbridge. They are so quick and do a fantastic job. So friendly and polite. I brought my car here to get fixed through warranty, in total it took a few hours over a 2 days due to my warranty company slowing down, however it didn’t stop Halfords from being speedy. Ive had to wait almost a month at other garages. They give you courtesy calls to keep you in the loop. I cannot recommend enough!Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Service was as it should be, no offence to the guy behind the counter but really overpowering smell of b.o

I tried this garage for the first time. Never again. I booked and prepaid for an MOT and full service. I expected some repairs to be needed and was fully prepared for this. However 4 hours after I had dropped my car off, I received a call to say MOT had failed due to windscreen. The windscreen is in exactly the same condition as when I bought the car and has gone through numerous MOTs without being highlighted as an issue. I really challenged the findings as such and wasn’t convinced by the response. Picking up the car and driving it home, I noticed totally new chip marks directly in my line of sight. I also had a list of problems cited all of which they said they couldn’t deal with and yet they shared a quote for fixing them. There were so many inconsistencies in what they were saying that I left feeling utterly confused and frustrated. I’ve read the reviews for this place and it looks like you either get second to non service or there are serious questions about them. I would encourage you not to take the risk. I am seriously regretting changing my garage.
