Avoid this tire shop!!! The shop didn't manage to fit 265 45r20 tires. The manager was really rude. They damaged the rims which cost nearly 4k trying to fit them. They don't have proper equipment and knowledge to do the job, I spent the whole Saturday afternoon watching them jumping on the tires trying to fit them. Completely disappointed!
Amazing service by a great team , place is filled up with the latest tech and gear , Anthony replace my tyre after the morning incident I had with my S-class ,without hesitation and without any booking ! Do not regret beeing there ,the worm-heartedness I've seen in the little time waiting on the que , mom of 3 kids chasing to keep them togheter and the guys working under the conditions of kids coming and ask questions every 20 seconds , very politely Anthony respond to every single one of them . My opinion that guy deserves a raise . The prices match with the quality of the job so in my opinion whoever did not like it it is not because of the workshop or the team , it is their own haughtiness. Keep up the good work lads !
Not recomended. I had to change all four tyres. They charged me £20 per tyre that I supplied. Fair enough, i was short on time. They have put two nearside tyres wrong way! When I went back, I didn't even hear 'sorry'. Next time I'll go to professionals. As they say 'buy cheap, buy twice'
My four aluminium wheels are damaged. Avoid just tyres as they will damage your wheels.If you take care of your car and want professional service, definitely avoid! I have ordered tyres via black circles on line. This garage was so called Premier garage. Apparently. Four run flats and four wheel alignment was booked. They could not do alignment as they just don’t have tools to do it. Following replacement of tyres I have walked around car and noticed grease but also fresh damage on one of the wheels so continued with next three. All had same or similar form of damage. Please note that I take care of my car. It is my joy. I have raised this with staff straight away informing them this is not right. I have been informed that they need to speak with manager. They took photos so did I. Background staff comment was” another complaint “. I was not happy at all at this point. One of the staff members finally got hold of management team ,however I was unable to talk to them as they were busy. I have been promised a call later. Didn’t happen. Next day I called. Manager answered. Rude in the sense of “not our problem “ need to see wheels. I have explained patiently still at that moment whole situation again. We met and he did see damage. No change.Our machine will not damage wheel. Seriously Mr Kevin L. you bend laws of physics with your explanation how could I have damaged top edge of wheel. Incompetent people just. Just avoid.
Avoid this tyre shop AT ALL COST. I booked for a tyre installation at 9.30 this morning. I called at 9am to say that I was slightly late but nobody picked up the phone. I got there at 9.55 and the Manager refused to install my tyres because I was late, when there was NOBODY in the shop and he had other 2 workers idle with him. He stated that he was fully booked and I had to come back and refused point blank to serve me. He actually immediately asked me to remove the car from the premises otherwise he would call the Police. The next client arrived 20 minutes late, but he was served: when I asked why, they stated that this client called to say that he was late. When I showed that I did call they called me LIAR, when I showed the number which I called on mobile at 9.00 they told me they did not recognize the number, so I called the number and obviously the phone in the shop rang. So they stated that 1 this was a manager phone when it is the official number shown in google for the shop, 2 then they stated that it did not work, but they still refused to serve me because I was aggressive and rude to them when it was exactly the other way around. And this was after paying 700£ for 2 tyres. After repeated call with the District Mgr to whom I escalated, he told me that his local manager was refusing to serve me point blank and that my onl option was to either come back during the week or to collect the tyres and go and get them installed at the shop in High Wycombe: I did the latter and the local Manager in High Wycombe was absolutely helpful and professional and in 30 minutes my tyres were installed. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE, THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY, I have never had such a bad consumer experience in my life. Interesting to see that there are 5 similar comments and low rating just before mine, so I'm clearly not an isolated case.
Went there got 4 tyres change booked online through tyresaver website. They broke two of my Lexus Is300h tyre pressure sensors whilst changing the tyres and told me lies its not good for filling air in tyres. those air pressure sensors were intact before i came here for tyre change never had problems. Left me paying for new sensors and programming changes without taking responsibility of my cars damage. They are very polite..but unprofessional in their work. I got the alignment done. Which left my steering wheel slightly tilted to left... thry dont use new alignment implements...but old school cheap method. Yet charges 32.99... whereas its 30 from pitstop with latest tools. Even they dont have latest impact deivers the wheel nut openers.... they do it with hands and spanners. No ramps to lift your car up to do the job rapidly.. they use those 4 hand jacks which is a bit obsolete method for a tyre shop name like this. Beware next Customers if you are planning to visit those guys and your car has TPS sensors... i will advise not to visit them. They are very polite i repeat.. but they are untrained and un professional in their work and will never take liability of your damage. Hope this will help. My contact for any inquiry. Very poor customer service.Manager was so rude,I felt they were doing free work without being paid. I paid nearly £1000 on x4 brand new Goodyear tyres and they don't even follow their own tyre warranty. Never have I experienced such disgusting customer service and poor attitude and rudeness from a manager or anyone really. Will never go back to them ever again!
Just been in cannot fault these guys, replaced withing a few hours with no appointment, great staff knew their stuff thankyou chaps
Had two rear tyres replaced here after Black circles messed me around and cancelled 3 appointments. The guys here got the tyres of my choice in the very next day, were polite, friendly and didn't leave leave me hanging around. Got straight on with the job promptly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend.
If you need tyres in Uxbridge, use Just Tyres! I’ve got a car that was barely driven by its one previous owner and twice now I’ve gone in for a tyre check. They’ve confirmed both times that they’re safe and checked pressure / added air for free and given me tyre care advice. No hard sell, knowledgeable too. As a result, when I finally do need new tyres I won’t dream of going anywhere else. Thanks team!
