I did not get what I came for but I got its replacement which was better. Fast service so very satisfied overall.
my order was confirmed with a date and time. Come 5pm no delivery so I called. Uxbridge said they were short staffed and will deliver tomorrow. It’s clearly not the floor staffs fault- it’s the managers fault, who are paid a lot more than drivers and front of house. so a whole day wasted waiting for a delivery.

Was told to come here from another store and after an hours drive they didn't have the parts that were supposed to be waiting for me. Waste of time and money and no parts. Rubbish store. No systematic stock checks.
went there to get a part had to order it and go next day to collect it so had to go twice maybe preorder it or click and collect it if going done the job
Parking seems to be taken by their own staff and vans.
