I had a great experience at Euro Car Parts in Uxbridge. The staff member who helped me, Sam, was fantastic. He was friendly and welcoming from the start, and he took the time to really understand what I needed for my car. He was very knowledgeable and accurate, which made finding the right parts quick and easy. Overall, it was a 5-star service and I highly recommend Euro Car Parts, especially if you get to work with Sam!
The member of staff on the front desk was rude, patronising and unhelpful. I also waited ages for them to even acknowledge my presence and then to bring my item out- overall terrible service, I won't be using Euro car parts again.
Ordered something on Tuesday, 5 days later they haven’t even dispatched it. Spoke to someone on the phone yesterday. They told me they don’t know why it’s not been dispatched but they have no drivers left. Told me they’d send it today, which is a Sunday and it’s closed. No communication whatsoever to update me on what’s going on. Very disappointed.
Not too bad but some parts always out off stock
One of unprofessional people working there .no customer service whatsoever.wanted a car part that was not available in my town so I was sent to Uxbridge branch to quick pick up but man at the till said it’s not in stock so I told him I been to other branch and they told me they have it in Uxbridge.so I said this is the part number and check it please.then he said oh yah we have one in stock.took him 10 minutes to walk back from store to get one and it was wrong one .i left without buying anything and hopefully I will never go back to Europe car parts again.
