I have used this garage 3 times in the last year and on every occasion the staff have been fantastic. The problems with my car have been identified and fixed in a timely manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable garage
I am overwhelmed with the service received from Courtwood today. I was directed to them with a car alarm issue which has been ongoing for 6 months now. Other garages have never been able to find the fault and I have been constantly dismissed and made to feel stupid. Courtwood not only diagnosed the issues, but they also communicated this to my warranty company and gave me excellent support and advice on how to move forward. I found the staff incredible professional, knowledgeable and understanding. As a woman who is usually ripped off by mechanics, it was amazing to see such diversity in this establishment; people of different ages, genders and ethnicities all with the same level of skill, courtesy and care. Even though they are not local to me, I would always travel to this garage for any future work because you can't put a price on this type of service.
Went there to change a mechanical part , they ask for 250% more than other places , I paid for a diagnosis and they haven’t gave me anything in hand so I had to go somewhere else for another diagnosis cause apparently these guys said” of course there are more problem “ and nothing else When I ask why the price is 300 % more than other places -answer : we charge different because part and work Otherwise their yard was full with cars and probably they’re doing good… not trying to be rude but that’s was my experience.
Great service booked me in at the last minute my fault for leaving it so long for my MOT and this was all done within an hour, friendly and helpful staff would recommend this garage for sure and will be returning myself
Bunch of Cowboys Nothing but Lies 1 star is too generous for them. Car problem still remains If the so called work has a 12 month Guarantee why when I told you there was a problem and brought the car in you decided to charge me more money???
My main garage. I trust them completely. They never overcharge or try to sell you something you don't need. You do pay a little extra for peace of mind as from what I am aware they are RAC approved but I'm willing to pay a little extra knowing I won't be ripped off. I had my car serviced 4 months ago and have had no issues at all. With the service they quoted me for rear calipers but then in the Invoice they were excluded so they obviously figured it didn't need calipers. This is why I trust them so much. Went back there to get a low beam headlamp put in last week and while I was there instead of replacing all my hubcaps which I enquired about he asked if I'd be ok with straightening out 1 of them instead which worked out much cheaper.
Thank you to Mandy and the team at Courtwood! Communication and customer service was 10/10 I felt like a priority. I will definitely be using their services again. This is my regular garage. I've been going here for years. They're reliable and trustworthy.
Don’t waste your time. They accuse you of being rude when actually they just try rip you off they passed my mot with my right indicator not working then try overcharge every referral I gave them. They have no idea how to run a garage There is so many better garages around just don’t even bother.
