Staff are friendly cheerful  and helpful. But management need to wise up. This is a very busy coffee shop. You need more staff or you're going to get complaints galore. You need a second toasting  machine.

Coffee shop is tired well passed it sell by date. The service is slow and coffee not up to standard 
Only reason they still trading us due to there position in a hospital

Fairly poor service, waited twenty minutes this morning for a drink and expensive . Not sure what the issue was because there were three on the tills and making drinks,however, there were another two mooching about in the background.  Use the restaurant on the first floor called level one. It's far cheaper although the staff are grumpier !
