But of a run down gym that can definitely use a little TLC. Prices are reasonable enough. Make sure you find a time when not a lot of the gym heads are there as they have a tendency to block out multiple machines for long periods of time for themselves and their workout companions. Safe gym with loads of cameras and security measures though. I'd recommend for those who can afford to be loose with their workout times.
Great gym, lots of equipment and super friendly staff. Also extremely affordable. I find the TVs in the centre quite distracting but still 5 stars in my opinion.
100% will not be renewing my membership after the three months. The staff are friendly, but that is about it. The smell from the showers and the toilets are so vile that I’ve had to leave the gym today without a shower because I literally thought I was going to throw up. Over 20 years of going to gyms. I have never had this issue, but I have never smelt such awful changing rooms. The equipment is also ancient. The weights are all over the place, but this is probably more a members being messy thing as opposed to the fault of the gym.
Terrible customer service. Don’t care about their gym, don’t care about their members. Don’t bother complaining to them because you’ll get Sally dismissing your every point and sending you pictures of their toilet don’t ask, I don’t even know how it was relevant to me either. Well done for being the worst gym I’ve ever visited. Keep the £20 I used to sign up ‘as per your terms and conditions, no refunds’ and use it towards putting some signs up to say re rack your weights at the very least.
The best gym in the area! People is so kind and welcoming - Daniel is very friendly and he’s an amazing trainer
£20 per month in London, you get what you pay for. Surprising decent for the money, you'll get annoyed at the weights being everywhere but you'll remember youre paying 20 quid. Lots of cardio machines and racks, but the free weight section is relatively small.
Great gym I come 3 times a week. And I feel amazing. They have a ladies only gym which I go to. A little small but has everything I need.

I've been there for so many years... Honestly hands down for the money.. The best gym out there.. 24 hrs.. Parking.. Boxing area is wicked.. Clean.. Friendly staff.. Kick boxing class is amazing one of the best.. The instructor omg.. Great passion.. Professional staff.. Best manager ever listens to when ppl. Complain..
Been a loyal member for many years now. Great knowledgeable staff that look out for your health and wellbeing. Fabulous large boxing area the best in west london Cardiovascular machines in abundance free weights and resistance equipment throughout. Gym fitness classes running daily.. I no longer live in west london but still travel here 4 to 5 days a week!! Great price fab staff good gym facilities.. From the young to the old a gym for everyone!! Best gym in West london.!!
