Probably one of the best Yoga teachers I've met. Ladan is amazing, not only is she knowledgeable but she is great at conveying that knowledge and sharing it in a way that is understandable by any audience. Her technique, adjustments and generally overall way of teaching is unique! Thanks for being such a splendid teacher!

Ladan's classes are a perfect mix of being physically challenging, and mentally enriching. My yoga practice has progressed so much in the last few years through her gentle encouragement, advice and adjustments on postures, and constantly pushing the class with new postures. I am not exaggerating when I say that I feel ass if yoga has changed my life, and I don't think that it would be the case with any other teacher!

Ladan is an excellent teacher, I thoroughly enjoy every class. When I started the class I was a complete beginner and had never been to a yoga class before, so was a bit apprehensive. Ladan's teaching style makes it easy to learn, and really fun. The classes help me mentally as much as they do physically and I always feel so relaxed after the meditation. I've moved away from the area but still travel back to Ealing for this class as I don't think I'd find a better teacher!

I have been coming to Ladan’s classes for about two and a half years now and love every single one! She is a brilliant teacher for all levels, and is so encouraging always helping you to learn new things no matter what stage you’re at. She has so much knowledge not only of the physical practice of yoga but also spiritually which I find so inspiring and always leaving wanting to learn more! She inspires me every class to want to grow my practice on and off the mat and for that I am forever grateful for what she has taught me. She’s so encouraging and has a really positive energy. You can tell that yoga is her passion in the things she knows and the way she teaches; I always leave feeling energised, inspired and empowered to learn and practice more after every class, so thank you Ladan you’re amazing!

Ladan creates something very special with her classes. She has a lovely energy and is very inspirational and intuitive in her teaching. Her classes are so much more than just yoga, and include a form of meditation . I love the way she feeds your senses with music and sounds , essential oils and, insightful wisdom. The whole experience is very therapeutic.
