Very reasonable priced gym with decent equipments that's minutes from my apartment. The staffs are lovely. Tho during rush hours you will get a lot of dudes sitting on the machines and it can get hard to get on one you get that in every gym to be honest. I use the group classes a lot, and rarely uses the equipments for that reason.
I have been a member for about a year now, and honestly, if there was another gym within the 20-minute walking range of my apartment, I would switch in a heartbeat. It is way too expensive £35pm for lacking equipment unless you do cardio, no food or drink options not even a vending machine, a very imprecise entry system, and mediocre facilities and service. Both of the gyms I previously subscribed to in areas with comparable economic situations to Brentford cost me around £20 per month and had way more to offer. The only upside is the clientele, but that is purely due to the location of the gym.
Good atmosphere, quiet and perfect for training. Magnificent machines, very clean and safe. All the coaches are very friendly, very polite treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Goat gym. Great price, high quality equipment, very clean and lovely staff.
I got a contract a few days ago, went to the gym for the first time today, and I was shocked by the lack of equipment and the quality of it. I had to go home, and cancel my membership instantly, and there is no cancellation option. There is no trial, or test day apparently all you can do is pay an overpriced joining fee, and £30 a month for a shed with some weights. I will attempt to call them, and cancel that way as I'm even happy to pay a cancellation fee just to get out of it. EDIT: The team responded promptly and offered me my refund, there is a 14 day refund policy if you are not satisfied which is great. I have made my review 3 stars due to the teams quick, and effective fix of my issue.
Great staff who are very hard working and friendly. I always find that the gym is not too busy. Update - this place is very clean and the processes they now have in post covid is perfect.
Staff are friendly and gym is great to attend alone or with a friend. Lots of equipment available so you can achieve a great workout
Not a high end gym but there are plenty of free weights and machines to choose from
The staff is very polite and friendly, If you have a goal and you would like to achieve it then reach out to Noel, in my opinion Noel is a very experienced PT who helps achieve your goal in less then 6 months, with fun and motivation and he seems to have more than 20 years experience in nutrition, mobility weight loss, body weight and I am very happy and satisfied. Very grateful to train with him. He is a very energetic person! Thank you Vanessa
Excellent gym. Friendly and helpful staff. All the gym equipment you can think of and the fees are very reasonable!! I have been going to Energy Fitness Gyms both here and West Ealing for a number of years and recommended them to anyone interested in joining a local gym.
